MEET COACH DREA

Hey! I'm Coach Drea, owner of Temple Training and your Healthy Living Guide. 

Two things you should know about me: 

1. I LOVE helping women step into their God-given purpose in a body that supports them.

2. I grew up in a home focused on faith, family, and food over physical health. Which meant I was not into health and fitness until after the birth of my second child.

In my late twenties, I had a rude awakening that I was still carrying excess baby weight from both my children plus the career-mom pounds that also came my way.

This knocked away my confidence as I struggled to control my emotions, my eating, and ultimately train my temple

I understand the challenges that come with being a caretaker, an entrepreneur, and purpose-driven! I am here to show you how to lose weight, boost your confidence and feel good in your body without spending hours on the treadmill or in the kitchen.
